摘要：PURPOSE:To display a stable liquid crystal image by detecting the turning-ontime of a light source and adjusting the increase and decrease of a voltage impressed ona liquid crystal display body based on the detected turning-on time. CONSTITUTION:Atimer 21 is set as a turning-on time detection means which counts the input time of aturning-on signal 24 and measures the turning-on time of the light source 4. Besides,when the signal from the timer 21 is inputted, a CPU 22 calculates a driving voltageimpressed on a liquid crystal panel 7 based on the inputted signal and controls a liquidcrystal panel driving circuit 23. Such a control by the CPU 22 is executed so that thedriving voltage of the liquid crystal panel is lowered in inverse proportion to the turning-on time when the turning-on time is long. Thus, the stable liquid crystal image isdisplayed.
