As a college student, I am afraid of my future job, especially these two years. There are more and more colleagues while less and less job place to meet. College students find it increasingly difficult to get a job. It is said that ten students complete for only one job. It sounds strange since young college students are usually intelligent, well-educated

phenomenon, aspirant and eager to bring their talent into full play. Then what underlies the strange phenomenon?

There are several reasons for this. First and foremost, we all know that economic crisis in the whole world lead to much unemployment. As a result, this is the main reason. Besides, if the economic crisis didn't come, there are also many students have difficulty in their job hunting. Our Country has made a lot of opportunities for us. Generally speaking, many people can find their job. But a lot of college students aim too high. All they want are \"good \" jobs which could offer good salary, comfortable working conditions, and high social status among others. Consequently, most college students are unwilling to accept vacant jobs they consider not \"good \" enough. And they think they are highly educated. So they should fit for high salary job. However, they lack of work experience. After all, much company hope to find a worker with much experience and this kind job is not so common. So they can only let the jobs pass by regretfully. Last but not least, specialties which students major in are not according with the job's requirement. Lots of companies wants to recruit the workers connected with their specialty.

Considering the seriousness of unemployment of college students, I think it is high time that we took effective measures to solve the problem. How to solve this problem? In my opinion, the gap between the jobs' demands and college students' demands should be bridged. First, the companies or factories should offer favorable conditions for college students, while the latter should not focus their attention only on the material aspect of a job. They should think more about their future development and their contributions to society; they should realize their own defects and further improve themselves in order to meet with the needs of society. Then, we should change the way of our job hunting. We should find job no matter how much the salary is. We should be down-to-earth in building up our career. Furthermore, we should face our weak points so as to improve ourselves and be more competent. As long as we have our own job, we can acquire much useful knowledge by working. If we do well, then we can realize our ideal further more. Also, college students should hold a right attitude towards jobs and set their job expectations at a suitable level. Only through these ways can the college students find a satisfactory job and have a brighter future.
