摘要：A linear stepping motor comprises a stationary member, a movable member, anattraction magnetic pole and a guiding magnetic pole. The movable member has fourpole pieces each having a plurality of teeth facing those of the stationary member. Theattraction magnetic pole maintains the movable member floated by a magnetic coilproviding an attractive force. The guiding magnetic pole has four coils on the four polepieces, and causes the movable member to move by consecutive and selectiveenergization of the four coils.
