摘要：A device for sensing fluid flow comprises a housing (110) having an inlet and anoutlet and defining a fluid flow channel (160) between the inlet and the outlet, a flowobstruction assembly (120) mounted to the housing (110) and including a first member(III) disposed in the fluid flow channel (160) and including at least one rigid portion, and a

second member (210) disposed in the fluid flow channel (160) upstream from the firstmember (III) and including at least one flexible portion, the flexible portion being

elastically flexible between an initial position spaced from the rigid portion and defining afirst effective flow area and a final position adjacent the rigid portion and defining asecond effective flow area which exceeds the first effective flow area. The device includespressure passages (570), (580) including a linking arrangement (520) for conveyingpressures to a pressure transducer (300) from upstream and downstream of the secondmember (210), the pressure measurements being correlated to a fluid flow rate. Thelinking arrangement (520) protects the transducer (300) from pressure surges. Thepressure transducer (300) may be disposed in the housing (110).
