摘要：The invention concerns a process for the purification of waste waters. Accordingto the process the compounds dissolved or suspended in the waste water are separatedby means of enzymatic oxidation and precipitation. According to the invention, there isadded to the waste water at least one oxidoreductase, one oxidising agent, if necessary,at least one precipitation chemical and, if necessary, one substrate which is oxidised in thepresence of the oxidoreductase such that at least a part of the precipitant, of theoxidising agent and of the enzyme substrate is added to the waste water no later thansimultaneously with the oxidoreductase. With the help of the process it is possible toreduce the AOX, COD, phosphorus and nitrogen contents of pulp and paper industrywaste waters.
