Over time I have been changed quite a lot. I began as a calculating machine in France in 12. Although I was young I could simplify difficult sums. I

From then on, I grew rapidly both in size and in brainpower. By the 1949s I had grown as large as a room, and I wondered if I would grow any larger. However, this reality also worried my designers. PC(personal computer) and then as a laptop, I have been used in offices and homes since the 1970s.

These changes only became possible as my memory improved. First it was stored in tubes, then on transistors and later on very small chips. As a result I totally changed my shape. As I have grown older I have also grown smaller. Over time my memory has developed so much that, like an elephant, I never forget anything I have been told! And my memory became so large that even I couldnt believe it! But I was always so lonely standing there by myself, until in early 1960s they gave me a family connected by a network. I was able to share my knowledge with others through the World Wide Web.

Since the 1970s many new applications have been found for my. I have become very important in communication, finance and trade. I have also been put into robots and used to make mobile phones as well as help with medical operations. I have even been put into space rockets and sent to explore the Moon and Mars. Anyhow, my goal is to provide humans with a life of high quality. I am now truly filled with happiness that I am a devoted friend and helper of the human race!

为科学合理规范管理公司车辆，保障公司用车需要，以确保车辆安全、良好的运行状况以及保养和维修的及时、经济、可靠，做到高效、节约、安全行车，结合本公司实际情况，特制定本制度。

一、 适用范围

本制度适用公司各部门的所有车辆（除董事长特批）。 二、 车辆使用管理

1、公司车队负责公司车辆的统一购置、落户、保险、年检年审、维修保养、油料补给、交通事故处理以及考核、培训、安全教育等工作

2、行政部负责公司所有车辆实行集中管理，统一调度，并对各部门用车进行审批、协调、安排，保证车辆的有效使用。

3、严格执行车辆专人专车的管理方式，非本车专职驾驶员严禁驾驶车辆，驾驶员负责本车驾驶、跟踪维修保养、清洁、证件保管等，严禁转借或私自调换驾驶车辆，否则，一切后果由当事人自己承担并予以重罚。特殊原因如代班等，需经车队同意。

4、节假日或休息日车辆必须停放公司指定地点，严禁非工作用车，严禁搭载非公司人员，否则一切后果当事人自负，特殊原因需公司车队同意。任何用车部门及人员，必须尊重驾驶员权利，不能指使驾驶员做出违章驾驶行为。

5、驾驶员必须保证每天清洗一次车辆，保证车辆干净，卫生。
