摘要：Oral lichen planus (OLP) is an immunologic disease which can be controlled andcleared by topical application of a composition of triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% andretinoic acid 0.05% in Orabase® on the affected areas of the mucosa, thrice daily forthree weeks. The combined therapy is more effective than triamcinolone acetonide alonein Orabase®. By this method, clearance can be maintained by less frequent application orlower concentrations of the composition.
