 Outline

This series cameras use Sony CCD image Sensor, combined with the newest DSP solution, built-in strong light polarization module, solve common license plate camera on the light inhibition of slow, poor inhibition, Japan Eclipse-based license plate frame machine and poor to make the picture show the natural color during the day, in night car headlight glare filter plate clearly show to achieve 24 hour residential entrances, car parks, toll station, petrol filling stations, car brand monitoring.

 installation & Testing

In order to reach the best effect, pls operate as below ways :

1. Basical step :

A、Open the packaging, check if camera is good or not, accessories is complete or not , confirm the camera' lens if it is close to the camera lens glass (Figure 1), if not, pls open camera' case lock (Figure 2), the camera platform Unscrew the four screws (Figure 3), and promote the glass camera lens hole and remove the screws with a platform for re-fixed.

A、 The camera with the imperial guard 1 / 4 screws on the mounting bracket B、 Power cord and video cable from passing through the plastic screw (Figure 4), and tighten the screw. (Make sure the power is DC12V 2000mA) with a 75Ω coaxial cable to connect the video output to the monitor or image processing equipment C、 To the camera power supply, see images on the monitor to adjust the camera focal length (in order to transfer a clear night is better), and tighten the screws on the lens, fixed focal length (Figure 5), the focal length of the vehicle to be transferred to accounts screen monitor 2 / 3.

2、 Lincese effect ' testing

Debugging license plate effect, must be at night, and the best-owned vehicles, parked the car number plate you want to see the distance (30 meters).

A、 Open the car headlights, adjusting the lens (zoom and focus at the same time), the cars zoom to at least fill the entire monitor screen, then white light brightness to the highest, then gradually less strong, until you see the license plate on a appear black, then re-adjust the lens focus knob until the license plate of the word completely clear up. B、 Brightness in white light before commissioning, the vehicle through which to monitor the location of the camera, the plate will be presented the following bad results: a white plate, indicating the brightness of white light had a strong need to dim the brightness of white light; on the screen do not see the license plate location, the white light intensity is too weak, need to adjust the brightness of white light intensity.

Ｃ、The brightness of white light should be installed on site at the environment to adjust to the plate reached the best result so far. Controls shown in Figure 6, with a Phillips screwdriver adjustment knob, and keep observing the effect of the monitor screen, until the plate results highlight the date,

3、Parameter adjustment is completed, fasten the camera side of the flip cover, button cover when the camera side of the press attention at both ends of the waterproof rubber, and lightly snaps into position, then fasten the snaps on the camera housing can be. 4、Camera installation location, height and angle:

Installation height of 2 to 4 meters, the largest camera and license plate angle of 40 degrees (recommended by the vehicle license plate camera installed just above, the license plate to achieve the best results), license plate camera from about 5-30 meters can see plate (5-30 m refers to the straight line distance between the camera and vehicle, as shown below), at night the effect of transfer plate (white light brightness and focal length), aperture size adjustment during the day (with no exposure to white light good)

To prevent risk of fire or electric shock, use of power through the security certification. Avoid direct sunlight, otherwise it will damage CCD.

To be used gently, do not have a strong impact and vibration.

Please note that camera operating temperature requirements to avoid the use of excessively high or low temperature, recommended operating temperature range of -20 ℃ ~ 45 ℃.

 Plate effect of debugging, it is best to angle of 45 degrees according to the target plate;

distance of about 2-6 meters, the target close to see the plates.

 Debugging white license plate camera, can not be installed near the point of view of the

ordinary with the same white camera, otherwise it would have a white license plate, license plate camera of any regulation will not work
