摘要：A guide apparatus according to the present invention is provided with a serviceinformation DB storing service information containing a service providing place andattribute information of a target user; a recognizing device for acquiring an ID from imagedata transmitted from a cell phone ; a retrieving device for retrieving service informationfrom the service information DB on the basis of the acquired ID and for retrieving suchservice information that attribute information of the user of cell phone coincides withattribute information of a target user, out of service information provided at serviceproviding places near the service providing place; and a route retrieving device forretrieving a route between the information about the service providing place retrievedand the cell phone ; and transmits the route information and service information as guideinformation to the cell phone
