The heat recovery system includes a moving disk type tubereactor; a heat recovering and steam generating unit recovering heat from high-temperature gas discharged from the moving disk type tube reactor and generatingsteam using the recovered thermal energy; a steam turbine being operated by the steamgenerated by the heat recovering and steam generating unit; and a generator connectedto the steam turbine to generate electrical energy.
